In a world where it seems everyone is aimlessly rushing forward; I made this EP to take you back - early 2013, what I went through that lead to me taking a break from music - long story short, well in the words of Skepta: “this is what music sounds like in my dreams... mental”

three main motions - 1. The breakdown of being in the blues, 2. The coming out of it and bouncing back out of the blue 3. The entire vibe of rhythm and blues.

Released 31st August 2018. Dedicated to the 2nd Birthday of my son: Alexander. Let's experience something great, 5 songs. Swimming with the beat not just sitting on it, very different to the typical sound on the street.
